• Manage half of North American accounts and serve as liaison between the customers and field development, managed services, and engineering personnel. 
• Assisted the completion of the N4 terminal operating system integration for the Garden City Terminal in Savannah, GA that updated their software for increased throughput.
• Serve as one of the few support resources specifically assigned to support semi-automated sites, oversee control room implementations, and N4 cloud deployments.
